Obituary of Steven Ruppert
In Loving Memory
Mr. Steven Ruppert of Delhi, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, December 27, 2024 in his 83rd year. For Steven, ‘Home’ was the greatest word there was. Home was the farm that he lived on from a young child to the end of his days. Steven lived a life to be proud of. He was happiest with the simple pleasures of life and loved his family and friends with his whole heart. Steven would be the first to tell you he lived a blessed life – blessed to have travelled through time with the love of his life, Patricia; blessed with the love of his children and grandchildren; and blessed to have friendships that spanned his lifetime. Steven was a Lifelong Farmer. During his retirement years, his daily crop tour of the farm and the neighbourhood was one of his greatest joys. Steven was the Past President of the Delhi Kinsmen Club. He was a Longstanding Member of the Ontario Federation of Agriculture (OFA) and the Coffee Club. Beloved husband of Patricia (Huyge) Ruppert. Loving father of Scott Ruppert (Diane), Kimberly Potts (George) and Kathryn Ruppert-Dazai (Taku). Cherished grandfather of Bryce, Reece, Mason, Wren and Rowan. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and in laws. Friends may call at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Delhi (519) 582-1290 (www.mfh.care) for visitation on Saturday, January 11, 2025 from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. followed by a Celebration of Life Service held in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
