Obituary of Magdalene Lampert

In Loving Memory

Mrs. Magdalene Lampert of Delhi, passed away suddenly at her home on Thursday, December 26, 2024 in her 81st year.  Magdalene was a Faithful Member of the Delhi Hungarian Hall for over 40 years and Past President of their Ladies Aid Committee for 4 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandma who everyone knew as ‘Mama’. She adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was an outstanding cook. She will be extremely missed by all!  Former Magdalene Deutsch. Beloved wife of the Late Gordon ‘Geza’ Lampert (1999). Loving mother of Joe (Brenda) and Mary (Trevor). Cherished grandmother of Jason (Lisa), Brian, Brittney (Dave), Tristan, Sarah, Kaitlyn and seven great grandchildren.  Also survived by several nieces, nephews and in laws. Predeceased by her granddaughter, Katelynn (2022).  As per Magdalene’s wishes, a Private Family Funeral with Interment in St. Ladislaus Cemetery, Courtland will take place. In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation can be made at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Delhi (519) 582-1290 (www.mfh.care) and will be gratefully appreciated by the family.
