Mr.  Anton (Tony) Drescher, formerly of Otterville and Delhi, passed away at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the Late Anna (Weszner) Drescher (2018). Loving father of Anthony (Tony) Drescher (Janet), Robert Drescher and David Drescher (Linda). Cherished grandfather of Cassandra (Lucas), Danielle, Sam, Alin (Renee), Melanie, Heather (Dennis), Kelly (Miguel), Kristin (Stefan) and great grandfather of Dominic and Sebastian. Dearest brother of Anna Lansky (Late John), Maria Fink (Fred) and Hilda Hoffer (Late Frank). Also survived by several nieces & nephews. Predeceased by his brother in law, Late John Weszner (Late Theresa). Friends may call at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Delhi (519) 582-1290 (www.mfh.care) for visitation on Sunday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady, Queen of Martyrs Roman Catholic Church, Delhi on Monday, August 28, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Interment in Delhi Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association will be gratefully appreciated by the family.
