Mrs. Marie Rachar of Marshall Avenue, Delhi passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe on Sunday, August 15, 2021 in her 83rd year. Among her hobbies, Marie loved sewing and quilting. She also had quite a green thumb and spent a great deal of time gardening and with her flowers. Former Marie Rolson. Beloved wife of Bob Rachar for over 47 years. Loving mother to Eugene Lindsay (Barb) and Virginia Buchner (Darrell). Cherished Grams to Aaron (Ngan), Brandon (Rhonda), Wynn (Maranda) & Calvin and Great-Grams to Kiara, Iella, Nico, Emry, Harrison, Quinn, Benjamin, Cash and Lachlan. Dearest sister of Faye and sister-in-law of Robert Watson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Harry & Christina Rolson; by her three brothers: Murray, Larry & Wray and by two sisters: Eleanor and Betty, by her in-laws: Roy & Ann Rachar and by her sister-in-law Judith Watson. In consideration of the continuing health and safety of our friends and family, A Private Family Service will be held with Inurnment in Otter Cemetery, Otterville.
