Mrs. Marianne Lechowicz of Simcoe, passed away at the Brantford General Hospital on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 in her 79th year. Marianne enjoyed many interests. She had a green thumb and spent many hours tending to her flower and vegetable gardens. She was well known for her baking & cooking, in particular, her famous walnut torte and her special, Sunday chicken noodle soup. Marianne also delighted in her many shopping trips to Buffalo with her daughter. Former Marianne Brenda Mazurek. Beloved wife of the Late Eugene Lechowicz (1987). Loving mother of Joanne Lechowicz-Cudmore and Eugene Lechowicz Jr. (Jacqueline). Cherished grandmother of Blake, Brendan, August and Ellery. Dearest sister of Alicia. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and in-laws. Missed by her much loved furry friend, Angie who had been her companion dog for over 11 years. Friends may call at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Delhi for visitation on Saturday from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. (MAX: 50 Attendees). A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. with Deacon Andy Alway officiating. (MAX: 50 Attendees).
