In Loving Memory

Mr. Kenneth Robert Morris of Cobalt, and formerly of Delhi, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at Temiskaming Hospital, New Liskeard in his 81st year with his wife at his side and in God’s beautiful North Country. Besides loving a good mystery novel or sudoko puzzle, he was an avid sports enthusiast who knew all the stats on all the players of his beloved Toronto Blue Jays and Raptors.  Beloved husband of Marion (Carter) Morris. Loving father of Robert (Mila) Morris, Jodie Morris and Barry Morris all of Brantford, Loretta Carruthers of St. Catharines, Gloria (Tim) George of Nova Scotia, Sarah Morris (Tom Hammond) of Simcoe, John (Christine)Malyk, Denise (Steve) Downing, all of Calgary, Justina (Donald) Lefler of Delhi, and Patty Malyk (Scott Taylor) of Simcoe. Dearly missed by his 24 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Sadly missing their debate sessions over coffee are his dear friends, Dave and Harry. Also survived by nieces, nephews and inlaws. Predeceased by his parents, Marion (Bennett, 1991) and Robert Morris (1941), by his step father,  Walter Barnard (1983), and by his daughter, Cindy. In keeping with Ken’s wishes, cremation will take place.  A Celebration of Life Gathering will be announced by the family for later next year with Inurnment in Tillsonburg Cemetery.
