Mr. Rick Traubenik of Delhi passed away peacefully surrounded by family at his home on Friday, February 14, 2020 in his 70th year. Rick was a knowledgeable Real Estate sales representative for 35 years.  He loved the freedom of the outdoors and could be often found on a golf course or at the lake fishing.  With a child like spirit, Rick never lost sight of living in the present moment.  His spontaneous and playful soul will be dearly missed by his family and friends.   Richard is the beloved husband of Doreen (Aspden) Traubenik for over 44 years. Loving father of Tania Richardson, Shawn Traubenik and Scott Traubenik (Laura Beth). Cherished grandfather of Ewan, Naudia, Zander, Zoey and Ally. Dearest brother of Sharon Graham and Dale Trabenik. Predeceased by his father John, mother Shirley, brothers, Greg and Mark Trabenik.  A Celebration of Life will be held at the Delhi Golf & Country Club, 905 James Street, Delhi on Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. with Tributes beginning at 2:00 p.m. Memorial Donations can be made at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Delhi (519) 582-1290 (mfh.care) to the Ronald McDonald House (Hamilton) or the Purrfect Companions of Norfolk will be gratefully appreciated by the family.
