Mr. Russell “Butch” Heath of Delhi, passed away at his home on Friday, April 5, 2019 in his 74th year. Butch was an automotive mechanic for many years and later helped his wife, Bev with the Delhi Paint & Wallpaper store. Beloved husband of Beverly Heath (McCurdy). Loving father of Sarah Bishop (Kevin). Cherished grandfather of Jessica, Amanda (Cory), Courtney (Brendan), David and great-grandfather of Odin and Violet. Dearest brother of Carol, Robert (Wendy) and Celeste. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and in-laws. Special thank you to the homecare nurse, Dorien Peters for your wonderful assistance & compassion, and to Susie Huyge for all her support. As per Russell’s wishes, a Private Family Funeral Service will take place. Memorial Donations to the War Amps of Canada or the Lung Association can be made through the Murphy Funeral Home, Delhi (519) 582-1290 and will be gratefully appreciated by the family.
